Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data CouponStack collects, why and what your rights are. CouponStack is operated by Mohit Radadiya ("we", "us"), who is responsible for this data. The short version: we collect only what is needed to run your licence, and we never receive your shoppers’ or customers’ data.
1. What the plugin sends to us
Nothing is sent until a store administrator clicks Start free trial in WordPress. That screen lists what will be sent. After that, the plugin sends:
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Store address (URL and domain) | Registration and daily check | To tie the licence to your store and allow one trial per store |
| Administrator email address | Registration | To contact you about your licence, payments and support |
| Store currency and country | Registration | To show prices in the right currency |
| WordPress, WooCommerce and CouponStack versions | Registration; plugin version in the daily check | Compatibility and support |
| A random installation ID created by the plugin | Registration and daily check | To stop a licence being copied to another site |
| The date and time of each check | Daily check | To keep your licence current and spot problems |
Our server also receives the IP address of your web server with each request, as part of normal internet traffic. We do not store it in our database.
The plugin never sends shopper or customer details, order details, cart contents, product data, coupon codes or your offer settings.
2. Payments
Payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited. You enter your payment details on Razorpay’s pages, under Razorpay’s privacy policy. We never see or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank login details.
Razorpay tells us the payment’s ID, amount, currency, status and method, and the email address and phone number you entered on the payment page. We keep this to activate your licence, issue refunds, handle disputes and meet tax and accounting rules.
3. Emails, support and the contact form
If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the store address if you give it, the topic and your message. Contact form messages are stored on our server and forwarded to our own inbox by our email provider. Your IP address is used only briefly, in memory, to limit spam, and is not stored.
We keep the conversation so we can help you. We send emails only about your licence, payments, support, and important changes to CouponStack. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them, and we never sell or rent your data.
4. This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load content from other websites. Our hosting provider may keep standard access logs, such as IP address, page and time, for a short period for security.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers who help us run CouponStack, and only as much as they need:
- Razorpay, for payments;
- our hosting and database providers, who store data for us;
- our email providers, which deliver contact form messages to us and our emails to you.
These providers may store data outside India, under safeguards required by law. We may also disclose data where Indian law requires it, for example to a court or tax authority.
6. How long we keep data
- Store and licence data: while your store is registered, and for up to 12 months after its last check, after which it is deleted.
- Trial record (store domain and trial dates): kept even after deletion, so that each store gets only one free trial.
- Payment records: for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, currently up to 8 years.
- Daily check records: up to 12 months.
- Support emails and contact form messages: up to 3 years after the conversation ends.
7. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, except what we must keep by law or for the trial record above;
- withdraw your consent. To stop all data being sent, deactivate and delete the plugin. The licence then stops working.
You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Email support@
8. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Licence requests are signed, store secrets are never stored in readable form on our servers, and access to our systems is limited to us. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Children
CouponStack is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we change what the plugin sends, the change will be listed in the plugin’s changelog before it takes effect.
